Peter Louch, CEO
Mr. Louch works with customer executive teams and ensures Vemo’s road map for technology and services are geared to provide simple and elegant solutions to the most complex and highest impact customer problems.
Mr. Louch graduated with high honors from University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Astrophysics.
Kim Vearling, VP Client Solutions
Ms. Vearling leads customer support activities including guiding customers through technical implementation, acting as named account manager for select Vemo accounts, and providing project management and oversight for development and QA resources. She provides support and guidance to customers during all stages of implementation, go-live, production and enhancement planning. Ms. Vearling also contributes to the development and refinement of the Company's strategic vision and operational plans.
Chris Reece, Director Predictive Analytics
Dr. Reece is a statistician and social scientist who uses data analytics to explain and predict human behavior. He is committed to helping Vemo’s clients harness the power of machine learning to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Before entering the HR space, Dr. Reece worked as an actuarial analyst, marketing consultant, and college instructor. He has graduate degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania.
Donna Figlar, Director and Product Manager
Ms. Figlar is responsible for overseeing product management, marketing, administration and strategic plan of the organization. In this capacity, she works on quality assurance of our products and to educate the market about Vemo's unique products and dedication to customer service. She holds a BS degree from Rutgers University.
