Here's what's currently on my mind with advances in workforce planning made possible by use of machine learning - and predictive analytics in general. Based on current global trends such as further globalization of work, changing skillsets required by employers and ever increasing competition, workforce planning needs to keep on evolving to help employers pinpoint the most impactful skill shortages that they may experience, so they continue to succeed and grow.
